How to be a Tyyche Interviewer:
  1. Sign up as an interviewer using the button below

  2. Tyyche will review your information, interview you, check with your references and approve your request to be a Tyyche Interviewer.

  3. Upon approval, you will receive an offer letter from Tyyche, and you will be enrolled in a training on Tyyche Interview and evaluation Process

  4. Sign in to your account and create a question bank in your area of expertise.

You have now joined the esteemed group of Tyyche Interviewers.

Interview process
  1. On your dashboard, you'll see a request for an interview. You'll also get an email and text notification. Accept the interview request and then set up the questionnaire based on the job requirements, using your question bank or new questions. Submit your questionnaire.

  2. Once the candidate answers the questionnaire, you will get a notification of evaluation (time-bound). Please evaluate the answers of the candidate and provide an overall score for the candidate based on your assessment and Tyych guidelines.

Interview Compensation

Once approved as a Tyyche Interviewer, Tyyche will assign a reputation score to the interviewer. For each interview completed, the interviewer gets paid based on the reputation score, which gets dynamically updated. Tyyche compensates using the prevailing standards in the hiring country.

The payment will be in the local currency of the residency of the interviewer. A year-end tax report (like the 1099 in the US) will be provided as required by the country's applicable law.

The reputation score gets updated (up or down) based on the following:

  1. Feedback from the hiring manager on the interviewer's quality of the questionnaire and unbiased assessment of the candidate.

  2. Interviewer’s response time for acceptance of interview requests, questionnaire settings, and evaluation

  3. Interviewer gains new skills, degree

  4. Every year, as the year of experience increases

  5. Interviewer changes jobs

  6. Number of Tyyche interviews conducted.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and we will not disclose your personal information to anyone unless we get a written authorization from you.

Our objective is to remove bias from the hiring process and to meet this objective, we don't share the candidate's resume nor do we inform you which company has requested the interview. The interview format is to evaluate a candidate's technical capabilities.
